History feels closer when you have walked where it happened.
Architecture, artifacts, and the lives suggested by old places have long shaped Daisy’s imagination. Her time in Turkey inspired the opening novel of the Love & Venom trilogy. Her interest in the Renaissance and repeat visits to Italy led the story onward to Florence and Rome.
Alongside fiction, Daisy writes for travelers who want to explore the world more affordably. Her first two travel books, See Turkey For Less and See New Zealand For Less, were dedicated to her grandchildren in the hope that travel can lead to greater understanding.
